1- VAT, excise tax and other taxes are excluded from the price. Rates valid during delivery are applied.
2- Prices include standard equipment. Engine prices are excluded from boat prices. Packet discount determined by Burak Tekne is possible in purchasing boat+engine.
3- All montage labor, connection parts and consumables are included in the prices.
4- Prices are calculated as to the daily cash selling rate of Central Bank as USD.
5- Down payment and cheques are received with orders in forward purchases.
6- All of our boat models are warranted for 5 years beginning from invoice date against manufacture flaws provided that they are used in accordance with the manual except for mechanic effects and natural disasters. All materials used but not produced by us are under warranty of their manufacturers.
7- Electric wiring is under warranty.
8- The delivery address of our products is our facility. Transportation and all responsibility during transportation belongs to the buyer.
9- Additional equipment of customers are mounted in return for its cost. This cost is determined by Burak Tekne. Please contact our firm for optional equipment of the model you are interested in in our site.
10- Speed data can change depending on sea and weather conditions, tree clothing, passenger and freight.
11- Burak Tekne reserves the right to make a modification in technical specifications of all models, in their prices, standard and optional equipment whenever it wants without prior notification.
12- The prices of optional accessories determined by Burak Tekne are their cash prices excluding VAT and their delivery price in usable condition with the montage completed provided that they are ordered with the boat.
